Refunds and Returns

Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you
no refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its packaging
For different types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Also not
we accept the return of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
Further items for which returns are excluded:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also communicate to you
the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or payment method
original, within a certain number of days.
Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a corresponding voucher
return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to
deliver it to you in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be made aware of your return.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of
Return shipping will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. Not
